After finishing the coreBOS code standardization project I dedicate the better part of the month to apply some other code optimization tools, refactoring functions and eliminating duplicate code. During this process, we apply a significant amount of changes that will make coreBOS faster and less memory intensive. As usual, a whole set of new features make their way in

• coreBOS Standard code Formatting: cbupdater, cron, CustomView, ListView, Mobile, SMS, Mail, Utils, LayoutEditor, Workflow, WSAPP
• avoid warnings on empty product list price retrieval
• eliminate unused code in WSApp
• delete obsolete Calendar change owner function
• sync Contacts with latest vtlib module code and cleanup code
• eliminate warnings in HelpDesk, Backup, CRMEntity (Permission), Calendar and Workflow
• eliminate obsolete functions in Mass Edit
• reduce memory usage and operations of general JS functions
• eliminate loop and unused variable in Custom View
• eliminate unused code and apply cbSR to edit view
• avoid unnecessary ajax call when changing currency with empty product lines
• eliminate redundant function in InventoryModules in favor of the same function in general.js
• move JS out of inventory modules templates into a script so it gets cached
• eliminate unused code and variable in Reports column totals
• simplify debug message. This is actually the start of the next long-running project I am going to tackle
• use static cache which was being ignored due to incorrect variables
• eliminate duplicate code in filter and search fixing some errors along the way
• call function instead of repeating code in ModTracker
• convert the repeated code in picklists into a function and call it
• eliminate warnings, duplicate and unused code in pricebooks
• call existing function in Reports Save to not repeat code
• convert native validations to support any field object and call from quickcreate simplifying immensely the quick create javascript code
• apply some security checks in web service GetFilterFields method

• fix WSAPP: incorrect variable name was not loading cache and adding other modules mandatory picklists to records
